Save the Planet
A well discussed anomaly, I’m sure, is the dichotomy provided by the effort most of us go to, in being as ‘green’ and ‘save the planet’ as we can, balanced against the pride we often have, in our collection of plastic bags. Stuffed in a draw, or folded neatly in different sizes, or maybe you invested in a plastic bag holder but you will have plastic bags somewhere. When someone visits and they ask if you have a plastic bag they could use, it is with pride that you root around and come up with just the thing they need.
“Oh, by the way, how is the “switch off your lights” campaign going?”.
“Really well, thanks. I’ve started with the lights in the aquarium”.
“And how are your new carbon footprint slippers?”.
Just great, thanks. I knew those fur balls would come in useful “.
